The Shiny Meadow A2 Pet Crystal Drill Bottle stands out for its unique shape, resembling a milk drop, and the creative structure of an ice flower. The six-section design allows the crystal bottle to refract light from different directions, giving it the appearance of a translucent crystal diamond. This innovative design breaks away from traditional milk packaging, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication.

Li Huang utilized recyclable PET material for the bottle body, aligning with the growing trend towards environmentally friendly packaging. The realization of the design required specific technical considerations. To achieve a high translucent glass texture, the wall thickness had to be greater than 0.48mm, and the mold needed specific polishing. The pressure during the mold opening process had to reach 28kg to make the ice flower pattern more angular. The blowing time and cooling shrinkage time were also crucial to the overall effect.

The design process was not without its challenges. Balancing the design with the needs of actual output required constant tweaking of design details. The production process also posed a challenge, particularly in ensuring that the ice flower structure could be sharp. This required constant pressure adjustment and the length of time to reach the perfect bottle body. To prevent the bottle body from being scratched and worn, a rotating machine had to be used for production operations.

The Shiny Meadow A2 Pet Crystal Drill Bottle was designed with the aim of enhancing brand image and improving product premiumness. An online survey with 300 research participants revealed that the Crystal Drill Bottle was perceived as simple and premium and could be associated with a diamond in consumers’ minds. Food safety emerged as the most significant point for consumers when making a purchase.

Li Huang's innovative design has been recognized with a Silver A' Packaging Design Award in 2021, a testament to its creativity and professional excellence.
